I am trying to install the BHD Pinger 6.0 on my laptop, however I can�t connect�..

When I start the pinger I get the following error�.
Unable to create WSA Socket ! Error: 10013
And after clicking the update button Failed when checking for updates ! Error: HTTP/1.1 302 Found Update Server could be down, please try again later !
What kind of security do you use... McAffee, NOD, Symantec, Avast or Microsoft AntiVirus? Maybe there is something. I heard that Symantec has some problems with high ping, maybe you can try another Security software like Microsoft, i play with it without high pings even Avast is no problem with high pings.
Did you ask your provider for support, maybe you have a shared internet without knowing it? Some providers have connections with Best Effort Services.
