If this is an add-on card, try physically uninstalling the card and drivers.
And of course roll back windows if allowed.
If you have an older video card try installing it to see if it will work with the resolution you are seeking.
And then you can uninstall / reinstall the game and see if there is a conflict with the update.
Just some ideas, I'm sure you have already thought of these.

In some servers, if you left lean it disarms the player, no matter if you are close to object or not.
Maybe this could work for laying on uneven surfaces, now that would be a trick.
Plus it would inform that player why.
You can always have it where if Conny tries to shoot someone it will disarm her when she pulls the trigger, Laughing

Try right clicking the game icon on the desktop.
Click Properties.
Click Compatibility Tab (1 of 3 at top of window)
Click on "run this program in compatibility mode for: ( then choose previous windows of choice)
Click Apply.

Try that first.

Water glitches, map glitches, and Conny 'PTCL=RS=' pushing wrong button at times and punting people, happens all the time.
The last one is the worst because she lies and says she didn't do it. All the while she is laughing at them!!! Twisted Evil

Just kidding, the first 2 and pings, are what happens most of the time. Chrissy gets punted because she so laggy, lol!!!!!! Very Happy
